Manche Iles Express extra visits

Posted Tue 10th October 2017 at 10:27

The Manche Iles Express ferry will make at least 18 trips from France to Alderney next year - two more arrivals than in 2017.

The sailings will coincide with events being held in Alderney such as the Performing Arts Festival, the Chamber Music Festival and the Food Festival. A group of 25 is already aiming to come across on 28th May.

In addition the Victor Hugo's passenger capacity will increase from 195 pax to 236. A spokesman for Visit Alderney said it was as result of forging stronger links with the Cotentin and supported by an increasing presence in French media.
